📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify issues and opportunities.
• Develop and implement 5D schedules using AutoCAD Visualization (AWS + VB) to optimize project timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field staff on project-related matters.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on all projects.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service engineering, with a strong background in 5D modeling and AutoCAD Visualization (AWS + VB).
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently to various project sites.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
