In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, technicians, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. You will perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and educate patients on self-care and lifestyle modifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform pre- and post-dialysis assessments and monitor patient vital signs
- Administer dialysis treatments using state-of-the-art equipment
- Provide patient education on kidney disease management and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians
- Participate in staff meetings and continuous professional development activities
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in dialysis care
- Certification in Dialysis Nursing (CDN) or equivalent
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems like Epic or Cerner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
