- Act as a liaison between Chinese service providers and local customers, ensuring clear and accurate communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
