📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, install, and maintain kitchen equipment, including commercial ovens, refrigeration systems, and food preparation tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Work closely with chefs and kitchen staff to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in kitchen equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical support and training to kitchen staff on new equipment.
• Participate in site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in kitchen equipment installation and maintenance.
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and kitchen equipment-specific software.
• Certified in relevant kitchen equipment certifications (e.g., NFPA, UL, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with the hospitality and culinary industry in Bali is a plus.
