• Monitor and report on store performance metrics, including sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain high store standards, including cleanliness, product presentation, and shelf organization.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to address any issues and ensure smooth store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
