As a Creative Content Producer (AI Creative), you'll work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that captivate our audience. You'll use a variety of AI tools and software to create high-quality, eye-catching content that drives engagement and boosts our brand's online visibility.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies that align with our brand's voice and values.
• Create engaging content using AI tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that drive engagement.
• Monitor and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and AI tools to continuously improve our content strategy.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest improvements.
• Assist in the development of training materials for the marketing team on the use of AI tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Proven experience in using AI tools for content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other relevant AI tools is a plus.
