As an ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the care of critically ill patients, including those with respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions. You will work closely with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. This role requires a strong commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and teamwork.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the care of critically ill patients in the ICU, including those with respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
• Assess and respond to changes in patient status, implementing appropriate interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes.
• Work closely with doctors, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures, such as central line insertion, arterial line placement, and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, laboratory results, and other relevant data using the Epic EMR system.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated and efficient approach to patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research to enhance patient outcomes.
• Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families, respecting their dignity and rights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ICU Nurse or similar critical care role.
• Certification as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) preferred.
• Proficiency in using advanced tools and technologies, such as Philips IntelliVue monitors, GE Healthcare ventilators, and Epic EMR system.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge in critical care nursing, including advanced nursing procedures and patient assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
