📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and optimize wire bond processes for semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Conduct process characterization and failure analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process yields and reliability.
  • Monitor and maintain process control parameters.
  • Develop and implement process documentation and training materials.
  • Conduct process validation and transfer to manufacturing.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably in wire bond processes.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Proficient in process development, characterization, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools (e.g., SEM, EDS, FIB, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
