📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage the ocean freight operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of global shipping strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with major shipping lines and third-party logistics providers to secure optimal rates and services.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies that enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and industry standards.
• Manage vessel schedules and port operations, optimizing routes and timelines to meet client requirements.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ocean freight logistics, with a proven track record in managing global shipping operations.
• Certification in Certified in Freight Management (CFM) or equivalent.
• Proven expertise in using logistics software such as SAP TM and Freightos.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain key relationships with shipping lines and clients.
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
