📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate Viar driver operations, including scheduling, route optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics and procurement to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, suppliers, and management, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and procurement.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures for Viar drivers and warehouse operations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or a related field, with a focus on supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing Viar driver operations and coordinating deliveries.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and order management.
• Proficiency in using logistics and procurement software, such as SAP, JDA, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
