📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee tenant fit-out projects and civil works, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute fit-out and civil works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure project quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fit-out and civil supervision, preferably in commercial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and drafting software.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Knowledge of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
