You'll use tools like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR to manage our HR processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws and best practices. This role is perfect for someone with 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging data from HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job advertising to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Conduct performance management reviews and provide coaching and development support to employees.
• Lead employee relations activities, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations in Indonesia, ensuring compliance and advising on best practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives, helping employees adapt to new processes and cultures.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align HR practices with business needs.
• Contribute to the creation of employee value propositions and total rewards strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Proven experience in strategic HR roles, with a focus on people management and business partnering.
• Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior management and employees.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software like SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR is a strong advantage.
