📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire Accounts Receivable process, including invoice generation, collection, and follow-up.
• Track and manage customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and resolving any discrepancies.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities.
• Use accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP to manage financial records and reports.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable and sales management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Sales roles.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
