📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and monitor aluminum die casting machines to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
- Maintain and clean the die casting machines to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- Inspect and test cast aluminum parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor production schedules and report any issues to the production manager.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving machine-related issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aluminum Die Casting Machine Operator.
- Knowledge of aluminum die casting processes and equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety standards in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid safety certifications (e.g., OSHA, SHEA) are a plus.
