As a Commercial Learning Partner - Supervisor, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that align with our business objectives. Your daily tasks will include developing training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Design and implement learning materials, including e-learning modules and instructor-led training.
• Conduct workshops and coaching sessions to enhance team performance.
• Assess training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial learning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Certification in instructional design or training and development (e.g., ATD, ASTD, or similar) is a plus.
• Proficient in using training management systems such as Cornerstone, Degreed, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business culture.
