📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion in the fintech sector.,Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships to enhance our market presence.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.,Lead and manage business development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and investors.,Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or a similar role in the fintech industry.,Strong understanding of the fintech landscape and industry trends.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis tools is a plus.
