🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in social work, community development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of the cultural context of Bali and a commitment to working in a culturally sensitive manner.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local government and non-profit structures in Bali.,Experience in designing and implementing community programs is a plus.
