📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks and issues.
  • Implementing risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Providing regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Continuously improving project management processes and methodologies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in robotics, automation, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.
