📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date rosters for all employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies regarding workforce scheduling.,Optimize workforce scheduling to meet business needs and goals.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure accurate and timely rostering.,Handle rostering queries and issues from employees and managers.,Analyze workforce data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth workforce management operations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest workforce management trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using rostering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
