Sky Moon Group is looking for a talented and motivated Telesales professional to join our team. This is a remote position based in Medan, offering a competitive salary package. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and closing sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Proactively contact potential customers to promote and sell products or services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.,Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors.,Report sales performance and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Strong understanding of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
