Warung Nanda Coffee is looking for a Lead Accounting Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's financial records and accounts.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions.,Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.,Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar industry.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
