📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitoring and supervising daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational plans and strategies.,Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Managing and resolving employee issues and conflicts.,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.,Supporting the HR team in administrative tasks and employee relations.,Contributing to the development of training programs and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
