This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in-store and remotely, providing flexibility and variety in your work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and information,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment,Restock and organize products on shelves and in the backroom,Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Assist with inventory management and stock control,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude,Willingness to work hybrid schedule (in-store and remote),Ability to lift and move products up to 20 kg
