PT Unggul Cempaka is seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop training solutions to address those needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, presentations, and workshops.,Facilitate training sessions and provide ongoing support and coaching to learners.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on career development and personal growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and developing e-learning modules and other digital learning materials.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Strong organizational and project management skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.
