HSE Officer (Shipyard/Marine/Offshore) - Jakarta Utara

Radian Peninsula Indonesia is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer (Shipyard/Marine/Offshore) to join our team in Jakarta Utara. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and compliant work environment within our maritime and offshore operations. As an HSE Officer, you'll be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with international and local regulations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in safety practices and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement safety management systems to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001).
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure their compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety and health.
• Ensure compliance with maritime and offshore regulations, including those from the Indonesian Maritime Safety Agency (IMAS).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the shipyard, marine, or offshore industry.
• Certification in Safety Management Systems (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using safety management software such as SAP, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with maritime and offshore operations, including vessel maintenance and construction.
