📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance, fuel, and insurance of the fleet,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations,Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to ensure timely repairs and maintenance,Manage and monitor fuel consumption and costs,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance,Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures,Monitor and report on fleet performance and efficiency,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues related to the fleet

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent organizational and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proven ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Experience in managing and maintaining a fleet of vehicles
