📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure quality hires.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Assist in the development of training programs for new hires.,Collaborate with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring.,Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
