📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote products and services to customers in a friendly and professional manner.,Assist in setting up displays and ensuring the store is well-presented.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.,Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Participate in sales promotions, discounts, and special events.,Learn and understand the products and services offered by the company.,Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and goals.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or sales is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
