📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and achieving monthly sales targets,Providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers,Assisting in merchandising and display activities to enhance store appeal,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies,Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 20 lbs (9 kg)
