📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and supervise a team of lab technicians to ensure efficient and accurate laboratory operations.,Perform and oversee a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory operations.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians to ensure continuous improvement and development.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the laboratory.,Conduct quality control checks and ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.,Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of lab technicians.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality control.
