ZAP Unggul is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Admin Cashier to join our team in Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily cashier operations,Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area,Monitor cash levels and reconcile daily transactions,Train and supervise junior cashiers,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Assist in inventory management and restocking

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashier or administrative roles,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software,Proven ability to train and supervise staff,High school diploma or equivalent,Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus
