📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation.
  • Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.
  • Experience with technical communication tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
