As a Deputy Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. We are looking for someone who is passionate about mixology, customer service, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency in our bar area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head bartender in preparing and mixing cocktails and beverages.,Ensure the bar area is clean and well-stocked with supplies.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards in the bar area.,Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or bar assistant in a similar role.,Good knowledge of various cocktails and mixology techniques.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting skills is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
